Stacy, Wilson on Media PS All-SEC Teams

Vanderbilt running back Zac Stacy and cornerback Trey Wilson were selected to the SEC media preseason All-SEC team at SEC Media Days in Hoover, Ala. LSU, the team picked by the media to win the 2012 conference title, had 13 players selected to the team while defending national champion Alabama had 12 players on the team.

Stacy, who earned Second Team All-SEC honors, rushed for 1,193 yards and 14 touchdowns during the 2011 season. He also caught 20 passes for 106 yards. The Centreville, Ala. native has 2,002 yards rushing for 20 touchdowns during his 3-year playing career at Vandy.

Wilson, a senior cornerback from Shreveport, La., was selected to the third team. Wilson started every game during the 2011 season finishing the season with 30 tackles, 3 interceptions and 11 passes broken up. Two of his interceptions were returned for touchdowns.

Other Vanderbilt players who were on the ballot but not selected included Jordan Rodgers, Wesley Johnson, Rob Lohr, Chase Garnham, Jovan Marshall, Richard Kent, Andre Hal, Ryan Seymour and Walker May.
