41-38.....59-20.....40-34....Doesn’t anybody in this league play defense anymore?

Week 4
(6-2 last week, 24-4 overall)
Frequently in error, never in doubt

For those of you who want to see picks against the spread, go elsewhere. For the rest of you.........

Florida @ Mississippi – If the Gators can beat UTK by 39, and Mississippi loses to Vandy by 14 (and much worse than the score), what does that tell us about the Rebels chances this week? Slim and none, with none getting the nod. Gators by 31.

South Carolina @ LSU – The Tiger have looked unstoppable so far this season, and even the Evil Genius won’t be able to work his magic against the Bengals. LSU by 17.

Kentucky @ Arkansas – Easily the most interesting game of the week in the SEC. Kentucky has the potential to wander down to Arkansas and outscore the Razorbacks. I don’t look for much defense in this game. Kentucky 45, Arkansas 42.

New Mexico State @ Auburn – The suicide watch on the Plains can be called off, at

least for this week. Auburn by 17.

Georgia @ Alabama – The suicide watch is, however, still on in Athens. At least this won’t be a home loss for the Dawgs. Alabama by 10.

Gardner-Webb @ Mississippi State – According to my guide, Gardner-Webb is located in Boiling Springs, North Carolina. They will be glad to get back to mere hot water after the roasting Mississippi State gives them. State by 45.

Arkansas State @ UTK – (Yawn) Tennessee temporarily gets back to .500. UTK by 30.
