Ryan Seymour (6-4, 240) a defensive end from Camden County high school (Kingsland, GA) has committed to Vanderbilt. Seymour visited Vanderbilt over the weekend informed VandyMania that, "I told Bobby Johnson on Saturday night when we were eating dinner in the commons that I was ready to become a Commodore." Seymour chose Vandy over offers from several other division I-A programs including Louisville.
Vanderbilt also received word from Seymour and other sources that Casey Hayward (6-0, 180) a defensive back/wide receiver from Perry high school (Perry, GA) has chosen to be a Commodore. Hayward picked Vanderbilt over offers from Middle Tennessee, Southern Miss, and Troy.
