Vanderbilt storms past Miami, 34-13

Chris Nickson ran for 166 yards and 2 touchdowns and passed for another as Vanderbilt ran over Miami (Ohio) for the second year in a row. D.J. Moore also had a spectacular game, picking up an interception, forced fumble and a 91-yard punt return.

Vanderbilt, which allowed Miami to rush for just 72 total yards, finished with 272 yards rushing behind the legs of Nickson.

Vanderbilt, 1-0, will face South Carolina next Thursday night. The Gamecocks defeated North Carolina State, 34-0, tonight.
