Only four games on this week’s slate, as most everybody gets ready for major rivalries for the Thanksgiving weekend.

Week 13
(5-1 last week; 70-14 overall)

The Geeks shall inherit the turf part 2...

Arkansas @ Mississippi State -- The Pigs have been singularly unimpressive, and the Bulldogs are surely not as bad as they seem. MSU by 2.

The Citadel @ Florida – Florida can probably pick any score between 2 and 100 for this game. I don’t know if it’s possible for Meyer to be merciful, because how do you tell your subs not to score? Theoretically every play is designed to go for a touchdown, and we may see something close to that in this game. Florida by 75.

Mississippi @ LSU – Mississippi has an outside chance to win this game but AT LSU? I don’t think so. LSU by 7.

UTK @ Vanderbilt – .Tennessee has looked this year like a team playing out of three or four different playbooks. What worries me here is that they’ve had an extra week for everybody to get on the same page. And if BJ Coleman gets extensive playing time, it’s going to be big trouble for the Commodores. I watched him play several years at McCallie and he is an exceptional athlete and leader. I haven’t picked many VU games correctly this year, so why start now? UTK by 10.
