The Vanderbilt Commodores continued preparations for the Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl today at the John Rich Practice Facility. Former Vanderbilt head coach Fred Pancoast paid the team a visit and spoke with news representatives from both the Tennessean and City Paper.

Pancoast coached at Vanderbilt from 1975-78. His 1975 Commodore team finished 7-4 and defeated Tennessee, 17-14, in Knoxville.

Pancoast currently runs Pancoast Benefits in Nashville which is a sponsor of Vanderbilt sports radio broadcasts.
