Verbal commit from Baltimore shooting guard

Seven months before November's National Letter of Intent signing period, Baltimore's Maggie Morrison has verbally committed to play for Vanderbilt beginning the 2011/12 season. Fifty-two schools, including Nebraska and Kansas State, were in the hunt for her skills as a passing specialist who can shoot the three.

"Three-point shots are one of my things," the 5-8 guard from Archbishop Spaulding High Cavaliers. "I've been working on that since I was ten. I think I've got that down."
