VandyMania.com Jul 30, 2008 On Tuesday afternoon, the freshmen members of the football team moved into Branscomb in preparation for the beginning of fall practices. VandyMania's Whitney D stopped by and shares these photos from the day. With the first football game less than a month away, preparations for the season are about to swing into high gear. On Tuesday afternoon, the freshmen members of the football team moved into Branscomb Hall. On Wednesday, they'll be joined by the returning players as the team. Then, on Thursday, the entire team will participate in the first official team practice. Attire for practices from Thursday through Sunday will be shorts and helmets. The first practice in full pads will be on Tuesday, and two-a-days begin the following week. Fans will have a chance to meet the new freshmen face-to-face at the annual Dore Jam will be held on August 17 from 4-6 p.m., but in the meantime, here's a sneak preview some of the new faces.
