Strong sideline-to-sideline linebacker who is best defending the run. Explodes up the field, is stout at the point of attack and wraps up ball carriers. Effectively uses his hands to get off blocks, shows a good head for the ball and works to get involved. Breaks down well and makes a lot of athletic plays.

Neg:

Slow to shed blocks and gets caught up in the wash. Struggles in coverage and is not as good as his stats would lend one to believe.
